Job summary

ZRVS is seeking a Planning Engineer in Bahrain to develop and maintain construction schedules, support project planning and progress reporting for ongoing projects.

The candidate will create and update baseline schedules, WBS, and master programs, and coordinate with teams to monitor progress and risks. 1–3 years of planning experience and a civil engineering/construction degree are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant construction planning experience.
• Experience developing WBS, baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Prepare and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Update construction programs based on actual progress.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information.
• Identify delays, schedule deviations, and risks.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
• Assist project management with planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain planning and project control documentation.
