Job summary

ZRVS is seeking a Planning Engineer in Bahrain to join our construction team. The role focuses on developing and maintaining construction schedules, supporting planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting for projects.

The candidate should have a civil engineering or construction management background with 1–3 years of relevant planning experience, and be proficient in creating baselines, WBS, and master programs. On-site work with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant construction planning experience.
• Experience in developing and updating baseline schedules, WBS, and master construction programs.
• Strong understanding of construction project planning and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Prepare and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Update construction programs based on actual progress.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information.
• Identify delays, schedule deviations, and potential project risks.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
• Assist project management teams with planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.
