Job summary

ZRVS in Bahrain is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop and maintain construction schedules, support scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting across projects. The role focuses on coordinating with teams to ensure timely updates and accurate documentation of plans and progress.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree with 1–3 years' planning experience and strong analytical capabilities to manage baseline schedules and WBS effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of relevant construction planning experience.
• Experience in developing and updating Baseline schedules, WBS, Master construction programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
• Prepare and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
• Update construction programs based on actual project progress.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information.
• Identify delays, schedule deviations, and potential project risks.
• Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
• Assist project management teams with planning and scheduling activities.
• Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.
