Job summary

Workato is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. You will design personalized fitness plans, conduct initial consultations, and guide clients through workouts with demonstrations and corrections.

You’ll monitor progress, provide nutritional guidance, and maintain records for management review. This contract role includes accommodation and offers the chance to stay up-to-date with fitness trends and client-centred results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related role.
• Knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and health promotion principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong motivational skills to keep clients engaged and committed to their fitness journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, health history, and goals.
• Develop customized fitness plans that incorporate a variety of exercises and techniques.
• Guide clients through workout sessions, providing demonstrations and correcting techniques as needed.
• Motivate and encourage clients to stay on track with their fitness goals.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
• Provide nutritional advice for optimal physical performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate any concerns or successes to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve the quality of services offered.
