Euro Motors in Bahrain is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 0-2 years of experience, with strong knowledge of local payroll laws, MS Office, and payroll software. You will maintain records, respond to inquiries, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 0-2 years of payroll administration experience accepted, preferably in multinational context.
• Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality with payroll data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for all employees including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain accurate employee records incl. personal information, tax forms, and salary changes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure timely payroll processing.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Assist in annual payroll audits and reporting.
