Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in application support or IT operations with patch management and log analysis experience.
• Experience with ELK Stack or Splunk for log aggregation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Plan, test, and deploy patches for core banking apps and infrastructure.
• Support T24 Core Banking System and manage environments.
• Handle deployments using Kubernetes and maintain MS SQL Server databases.
• Support integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ensure security compliance.
