Amentum in Manama seeks a Lead Site Mechanic to oversee operation and maintenance of aircraft, subsystems, and support equipment. This on-site role requires leadership of a maintenance team under a contract award and related program requirements.

Ideal candidates have FAA A&P, 5+ years of aircraft maintenance, and prior site-lead experience. Willingness to obtain DoD Secret clearance and coordinate with government stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience.
• 3+ years maintaining King Air/1900 Airliner series with complex modifications.
• 1+ year as a site lead on a similar effort.
• Current FAA A&P license.
• Ability to direct a workforce in maintenance, repair and modification.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
• High School Diploma/GED.
