Job summary

As the Site Lead Mechanic, you will direct operations and maintenance of the aircraft, subsystems, and associated equipment at the site. You will oversee crew, materials, inspections, and the launch/recovery process while coordinating contractor spares and repairs under a DoD framework.

The role requires FAA A&P certification, leadership experience, and the ability to liaison with Government representatives; U.S. citizenship for clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• 3+ years maintaining King Air/1900 series aircraft, incl. complex mods.
• At least 1 year as site lead on a similar program.
• Current FAA A&P license.
• Ability to direct a maintenance workforce.
• On-site liaison with the Government.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
