Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience as a System Administrator.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware; networking basics.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees and handle day-to-day IT operations.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software; manage user accounts and access.
• Monitor performance and assist with data backups and recovery.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure security and compliance.
