Job summary

ApplyMint in Bahrain is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist to ensure availability, stability, and performance of the enterprise IT and network infrastructure across multiple sites including offices and warehouses.

You will lead WAN/LAN, MPLS, routing/switching, firewalls, and multi-site connectivity, delivering secure, scalable services through monitoring, upgrades, incident response, and collaboration with telecom providers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS preferred.
• IT service management and security certifications are an advantage (e.g., ITIL Foundation, ISO 27001 awareness).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of enterprise network and infrastructure services.
• Administer WAN/Internet connectivity with redundancy and optimization.
• Manage firewall and security platforms, and coordinate with cybersecurity requirements.
• Support server room infrastructure including cabling and rack layouts.
• Coordinate with vendors for service continuity and SLA compliance.
• Perform RCA, incident/change/risk management, and document actions.
