Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Marketing Intern to support marketing initiatives, office operations, and project coordination. You will help proofread advertising copy, assist with campaigns, maintain calendars, and prepare reports and proposals to support the sales process.

The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences, with exposure to marketing, documentation, and internal projects within a global hospitality leader.

• Support marketing initiatives: Assist with proofreading advertising copy, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects to ensure timely execution
• Assist with marketing documentation: Help prepare booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to support the sales process
• Perform daily office operations: Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, and recordkeeping to ensure efficient team operations
• Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
