Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English required.
• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Background in luxury resort/hotel is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately.
• Ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill requests.
• Maintain table settings and dining areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
