Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a DCDP to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will support the Chef de Cuisine in creating and preparing menus, ensuring mise en place, and delivering high-quality dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operation of the station.
• Assist in supporting the Chef de Cuisine in creating and preparing menus and specials.
• Check and complete mise en place and set-up the station.
• Complete daily requisitions utilizing available systems.
• Communicate with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs regarding menu items, situations or shortages.
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain quality.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction as needed.
• Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report any accident immediately.

Key Functions And Responsibilities

• Communicating with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs regarding menu items, situations or shortages.


• Working closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.


• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.


• Ensuring a clean, neat and organized work area.


• Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any accident immediately.
