Job summary

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is seeking a DCDP to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team on site. You will assist in daily station operations, support the Chef de Cuisine with menus and mise en place, and help ensure quality and consistency across dishes.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operation of the station.
• Assisting in supporting the Chef de Cuisine in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
• Checking and completing mise en place and set-up the station.
• Completing daily requisitions utilizing available systems.
• Communicating with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs regarding menu items, situations or shortages.
• Working closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.
• Ensuring a clean, neat and organized work area.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any accident immediately.
