Adept Global in Bahrain is seeking a Sales Associate to support luxury fragrance sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet clients, present product knowledge on notes, longevity, and occasions, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, POS operation, promotions, and maintaining store standards. You will collaborate with the team, participate in training, and ensure a welcoming, organized shopping environment.

Formación

• 1–15 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance aligned with brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to company policies, store procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Greet customers, provide personalized fragrance recommendations, and build relationships.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventories, and ensure proper labeling and rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Follow loss prevention protocols and assist in stock reconciliations.
• Support visual merchandising, promotions, and store opening/closing duties.
