Job summary

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, part of AccorHotels, is seeking a guest-focused hospitality associate for luxury dining service. You will ensure impeccable uniform standards, expertly serve beverages and dishes, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu and daily specials.

Role requires advanced English, hospitality background, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities for growth and academy-based learning are offered within the Accor group.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced levels of business English.
• Proficiency in a second language such as Arabic or Russian.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct uniform standards are followed at all times.
• Deliver an enjoyable beverage and dining experience by following the outlet sequence of service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu and daily specials.
• Assist with outlet preparation and stock management before and during service.
• Present menus and explain items plus daily specials to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and report to a manager when needed.
