Job summary

Confidential Company in Bahrain seeks a seasoned logistics professional to plan, coordinate and monitor daily ready-mix concrete deliveries. You will manage fleet operations, including transit mixers and concrete pumps, and prepare schedules aligned with customer orders and project needs.

Role requires strong coordination with batching plants, drivers and construction sites, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure timely delivery and optimal fleet utilization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in logistics within ready-mix concrete operations.
• Experience in fleet management, truck scheduling, and dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of concrete delivery coordination and transportation planning.
• Ability to coordinate with batching plants, drivers, and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations for ready-mix concrete delivery.
