Job summary

Talabat, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Associate Marketing to support advertising campaigns, pricing strategies and audience targeting. The role collaborates with the wider marketing team to boost brand awareness and local relevance in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will manage local promotions, coordinate events, engage influencers, and monitor social interactions, while contributing to content planning and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• A passionate marketer, efficient and creative with at least 1 year in Marketing.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize to deliver effective solutions.
• Energized by ambiguity and eager to learn continuously on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing local advertising, campaigns and events per the quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget.
• Position the brand in the local market to reach the right audience and optimize market share.
• Drive brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions) and order frequency for SM activities.
• Identify and build relationships with local influencers with monthly engagement activities.
• Develop a content calendar aligned with the annual marketing calendar considering seasonal/local/international occasions.
• Edit and use UGC/EGC footage with basic video editing skills.
• Provide on-ground social coverage for events and activations to keep content relatable to the remixer audience.
• Identify new social trends for brand exposure and local relevance.
• Monitor customer inquiries and comments on all social platforms within 3 hours.
• Stay aware of trends and events and evaluate Talabat's presence.
