Job summary

Delivery Hero's Talabat brand in Bahrain is seeking an Associate Marketing to support campaigns, pricing strategies and audience targeting, collaborating with the marketing team to grow brand awareness and market share.

You will help manage local advertising, promotions and events, ensure brand guidelines, budget adherence, and align content with the annual calendar and seasonal occasions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• 1 year minimum marketing experience.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and skilled at prioritizing to deliver effective solutions rather than create bottlenecks.
• Energized by ambiguity and eager to learn continuously on the job.

Responsibilities

• Support advertising campaigns and pricing strategies.
• Target demographic data of the audience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to raise brand awareness.
• Manage local advertising, promotions and events per quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget.
• Build influencer relationships with monthly activities.
• Develop content calendars aligned with the annual marketing calendar, considering seasonal, local and international occasions.
• Edit and take UGC/EGC footage with minor video editing skills.
• Provide on-ground social coverage for events and activations, keeping content relatable to the remixer audience.
• Monitor customer inquiries and comments on all Social Media platforms within 3 hours.
• Stay aware of latest trends and evaluate local relevance for Talabat brand.

WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE?

The Associate Marketing is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager with advertising campaigns, pricing strategies and targeting the demographic data of the target audience. Working with the wider marketing teams to achieve success through more brand awareness.

Assist in managing local advertising, promotional campaigns and event management as per the department quarterly plan, brand guidelines and budget.

Ensure that the company is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaches the right audience to optimize market share.

Ensuring that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions) and frequency (orders) is the focal result for any SM activity

Identify and build relationships with the right set of Influencers in the market, with monthly engaging activities on an Influencer Base

Develop a content calendar which suits the brand guidelines, and is aligned with the annual marketing calendar taking into consideration the seasonal, local and international occasions

Ability to edit and take UGC & EGC footage with minor video and editing skills

On Ground social coverage for events and activations ensuring to keep the content very relatable to the remixer audience

Be able to identify new trends on social media that allows for brand exposure and local relevance

Monitor response of customer inquiries and comments on all Social Media platforms within 3 hours

Continuously be aware of the latest trends and events taking place and evaluate if and how Talabat brand can be impactful in its presence

WHAT DID WE ORDER?
