Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business or Risk Management.
• Professional qualification related to Business or Management (Lean / Six Sigma, ACT, CMI, ICA, etc.)
• +5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver designated projects within specification and budget.
• Perform clerical data input, reconciliation, data administration and monitoring.
• Verify and check the work of colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to bank processes, standards and external requirements.
• Suggest improvements to processes and systems to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of market conditions, bank products and services.
• Assist in IT systems evaluation and user testing.
• Prepare reports and escalate irregularities to management.
• Coach less experienced team members and provide back-up support.
• Provide business support during weekends/public holidays when markets are open elsewhere.
• Respond to inquiries and clarify information for customers and departments.
• Undertake duties at similar or higher level as required.
• Support line management during changes in work area.
