Responsibilities

• Sales & client management: identify and engage buyers, investors and high-net-worth individuals.
• Listings & market research: stay updated on Bahrain market, pricing and trends.
• Negotiation & closing: present properties, conduct site visits, negotiate terms.
• Lead generation: build a strong pipeline via networking, referrals and digital channels.
• Compliance & documentation: ensure transactions comply with RERA regulations and policies.
• Customer relationship management: provide after-sales support to retain clients.
