Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing activities and manage relationships across a regional mall portfolio. The role focuses on securing occupancy targets, maximizing revenue, and delivering proactive account management with tenants.

You will negotiate terms, prepare proposals and rent justifications, track KPIs, and collaborate with operations to ensure high tenant satisfaction. This position requires a strong business sense and excellent negotiation and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–10 years of leasing or property management experience.
• Experience in Bahrain or GCC retail markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities across assets, including new leases, renewals, replacements.
• Prepare proposals, rent justifications, and internal approvals.
• Negotiate lease terms per regional pricing guidelines and governance standards.
• Maintain ongoing tenant communication to address operational and commercial concerns.
• Support anchor tenant negotiations and relationships.
• Ensure high tenant satisfaction through responsive servicing and coordination with mall operations.
• Analyze market trends, category performance, and competitor benchmarks.
• Track KPIs: occupancy rate, rent yield, and lease maturity schedules.

The role ensures occupancy targets, revenue goals, and tenant satisfaction are met by driving timely lease transactions and proactive account management.

REQUIREMEN

• TSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant fiel
