Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a Head Mixologist to lead the Bar team within our luxury Food and Beverage operation. You will design innovative cocktail programs, train staff, and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years bartending/mixologist experience, ideally in international hospitality.
• Proven mixologist or senior bartender in luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, bitters, syrups, and cocktail techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in cocktail menu creation and beverage program development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet guests’ needs, provide bar services, and upsell where appropriate.
• Lead and supervise bartenders during daily operations.
• Create, develop, and maintain innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product quality; assist with purchasing.
