Head Chef - Isa Town, Bahrain


We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Head Chef to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Create new menu items and maintain high standards for food presentation, taste, and quality
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in dishes served
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
- Work closely with management to develop budgets, set pricing, and monitor food costs
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, techniques, and cooking methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and performance.
