Work in USA in Isa Town is seeking a Head Chef to oversee the kitchen, lead a team of talented chefs, and ensure every dish meets our high standards.

You will design and update menus, train staff, manage inventory and costs, monitor quality, and collaborate with management on budget planning.

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creativity and passion for creating delicious dishes that exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Create and update menu items, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are following food safety regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.
Order supplies and manage inventory to minimize waste and control costs.
Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with management on budget planning and cost analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or dishes to keep our menu fresh.
