IRISS, Inc. is seeking a Junior Reliability Engineer in Bahrain to diagnose and assess rotating equipment across power plants and industrial facilities.
You will advance in predictive maintenance, vibration analysis, MCSA, and asset reliability while working with experienced practitioners on client sites. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment, electrical systems, and condition monitoring, with furnace thermography being a plus.

We are seeking a Junior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will support the diagnosis and condition assessment of rotating equipment across power plants, aluminum facilities, process plants, and other industrial environments.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to build a specialist career in predictive maintenance, vibration analysis, Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA), and asset reliability, while working alongside experienced reliability practitioners on real client sites.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant industrial experience with hands‑on exposure to rotating equipment, electrical systems, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and reliability programs. Experience in furnace thermography and high-temperature inspection is highly desirable.
