Job summary

Zayani Motors is seeking a highly experienced Job Controller – Automotive to oversee our workshop operations. You will lead technicians, manage bay utilization, monitor labor efficiency, and ensure high-quality, timely vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities include enforcing ISO/DOS and Health & Safety standards, driving continuous improvement, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining accurate repair documentation and reports. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or certificate in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar automotive role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Accurately complete repair documentation and generate manufacturer reports.
• Enforce manufacturer warranty guidelines and safe repair procedures.
• Maintain a safe, orderly working environment and proper gear upkeep.
• Partner with parts department to ensure high parts availability.
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues to uphold quality service.
• Focus on customer satisfaction by maintaining high output quality and meeting goals.

The Job Controller is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure high-quality, timely, and profitable vehicle repairs.
