Job summary

Yokogawa Bahrain invites applications for a Field Service Engineer to join our team in Muharraq. You will execute installations, on-site service, and maintenance for industrial automation projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to contract obligations.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3–6 years’ experience in automation control systems, preferably with Yokogawa CS3000 and ESD systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation; Chemical, Mechatronics)
• 3–6 years experience in Industrial Automation Control systems, preferably with Yokogawa DCS CS3000 and ESD systems
• Knowledge of Foundation Fieldbus is useful.

Responsibilities

• Provide all after-sales services to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt services and rapid response.
• Provide technical support to recover from system failures and perform preventative maintenance.
• Promote services and spare parts to customers.
• Report progress to Team Leader on assigned jobs.
• Follow up and close customer service issues.
