Job summary

Moujk Media & Marketing in Bahrain is seeking a Production & Operations Coordinator to organize daily operations, plan shoots, and ensure projects run smoothly from planning to delivery. You will coordinate between clients, photographers, videographers, and editors, and keep production calendars up to date.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, a strong communicator, proactive, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable using Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.

• Experience in media production, marketing agencies, or event coordination is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate photo and video shoots.
• Ensure team members arrive on time and are prepared.
• Coordinate between clients, photographers, videographers, and editors.
• Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Follow up with employees on assigned tasks.
• Ensure internal workflows and company procedures are followed.
• Organize production requirements, equipment, locations, and logistics.

• Identify operational delays and help resolve them.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
