Job summary

Amentum in Manama, Bahrain seeks an HVAC/EPP technician to maintain, modify, and repair electrical power generation and control systems, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, and related components.

The role requires Universal 608 HVAC certification, a high school diploma, and four years of hands-on experience. You will work from drawings, use Cummins InPower software, and support multiple generator/HVAC systems from 15 kW to 250 kW.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Universal 608 HVAC certification.
• Four years of practical experience with maintenance/repair of power generation equipment.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain US Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Willingness to perform duties outside the HVAC trade.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, modify, and repair electrical power generating and control systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and adjust systems to specification.
• Identify and repair malfunctions using diagnostic tools and Cummins software.
• Work from blueprints and operate electrician’s hand tools.
• Support various generator/HVAC systems across multiple configurations.
