Job summary

Haji Hassan Group B.S.C. (c) T in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults in mechanical and electrical systems, calibrate equipment, and implement maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with QMS and Health & Safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Rebar Cut & Bend Maintenance Field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance troubleshooting repair and inspection of manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates in optimal condition
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues as they arise
• Carry out calibration and verification of machinery equipment and measuring instruments
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper working condition
• Recommend improvements to machinery equipment and production processes to enhance safety and efficiency
• Develop maintenance programs and suggest equipment replacement when necessary
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems QMS and Health Safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
