Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness in kitchens, back dock, and utility areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure sanitation of china, glass, and silver.
• Assist with proper food storage and rotation.
• Breakdown and set up restaurant buffet as required.
• Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to stewarding supervisor.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Dispose of waste per hotel standards and recycling guidelines.
