Job summary

Bapco Energies seeks a Head – Fuel Stations to drive the performance of its service-station portfolio. The role provides strategic leadership across operations, sales, safety, maintenance, inventory, contractor management and customer service, ensuring revenue growth and high service standards.

You will oversee station performance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing and contracts, and lead new-station design, construction, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in the energy/gas or service-station sector.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contractor-management abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and sales performance of the stations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with operational, technical, and EHS standards.
• Manage staffing plans and shift schedules for uninterrupted operation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and timely repairs to minimize disruptions.
• Verify contractor work hours, review invoices, and liaise with Finance for payments and claims.
• Monitor fuel movement, inventory, and sales variances; prepare monthly reports.
• Lead design, construction, commissioning, and auditing of new stations to meet standards.
• Investigate operational incidents and customer complaints; prepare action reports.
