Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
Master's degree and/or professional qualifications (CFA, FRM, CAIA, or equivalent) preferred.
Extensive experience in capital markets, treasury, structured products, or derivatives structuring.

Responsibilities

Lead origination and execution of structured product transactions and hedging strategies for diverse client segments.
Develop and expand structured investment and risk management offerings including Sharia-compliant solutions.
Provide pricing insights, risk assessments, and governance across product pricing and market positioning.
Collaborate with credit, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure robust governance.
