Job summary

Choithrams in Bahrain seeks a diligent finance-support professional to reconcile cash and recharge card collections, verify invoices, and safeguard cash, vouchers, and stationery across stores. You will manage stock levels per IAU guidance and handle HR attendance data for payroll.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash and recharge card collections from cashiers and prepare reconciliation documents and timely cash deposits / foreign currency.
• Verify local purchase invoices with the LPA summary.
• Ensure the safety and security of cash, gift vouchers, telephone cards, stamps, SIM cards, and other important documents.
• Maintain sufficient cash in all currency denominations for providing change to cashiers and customers.
• Ensure the availability and accurate reconciliation of recharge cards, SIM cards, and store stationery, maintaining stock within the inventory days recommended by the IAU (Internal Audit Unit).
• Handle HR applications and prepare, check, maintain, and forward staff attendance, overtime, and leave details to Payroll as per schedule, following up with the concerned Head Office staff.
