Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Repair or replace broken or faulty equipment and appliances
• Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
• Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies
• Respond to emergency calls for repairs
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
