Handyman – Manama, Bahrain

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Manama Bahrain. As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of properties to identify any repairs or issues
• Perform various repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general handyman work
• Install fixtures and appliances as needed
• Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs or maintenance issues
• Keep accurate records of work done and materials used
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to effectively communicate with tenants, coworkers and management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
