Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
• Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances or fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and identify issues with plumbing, electrical or other systems and provide quick solutions.
• Keep the premises clean and well‑maintained by performing cleaning tasks as needed.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming shrubs and watering plants.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working with tools and equipment.
• Communicate with management regarding any repairs or maintenance needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work and carpentry.
