Job summary

Tanqeeb in Bahrain seeks a Senior Operations Performance Analyst to drive reporting and analytics for the MEA Air Network. You will transform data into actionable insights, collaborate with aviation stakeholders, and lead KPI development to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

You will develop enterprise dashboards, implement data governance, and drive AI/ML initiatives while ensuring data integrity and timely period-end reports across the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in BI, analytics, reporting, or data science.
• Degree-level education relevant.
• Strong aviation operations and network performance experience.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document aviation stakeholders' requirements.
• Translate requirements into reporting, automation, and analytics solutions.
• Develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for MEA operations.
• Lead BI and analytics initiatives across Aviation and Network Ops.
• Monitor data quality and performance trends; report benefits.
