Job summary

Al Ghalia is seeking a friendly hospitality professional for a full-time, on-site role in Bahrain. You will follow management direction, deliver excellent customer service, maintain hygiene standards, and handle guest orders using the POS system.

Responsibilities include describing menu items, suggesting variations and allergens, collaborating with team members, and addressing guest comments promptly while keeping the restaurant clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to describe menu items and variations including allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service area.
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and direction of management and supervisors.
• Deliver an excellent standard of customer service and maintain that standard.
• Comply with basic food hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Describe menu items, including variations and allergens, to guests.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system.
• Engage warmly with guests and handle comments or complaints promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and its environment.
