Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks on buildings and facilities.
• Identify and repair any issues with electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Conduct general repairs such as painting, carpentry, and drywall work.
• Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
