BrightConnect is seeking a dedicated Florist in Isa Town to create beautiful arrangements for weddings, birthdays, and funerals. You will source fresh flowers, craft bouquets and centerpieces, and tailor designs to customer preferences while delivering friendly, professional service.

You'll maintain inventory, handle transactions, and ensure impeccable presentation in a fast-paced shop. Weekend and holiday flexibility is required, along with good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as a florist or related role preferred but not required.

As a florist, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting the freshest and most unique flowers, creating stunning bouquets and arrangements based on customer preferences, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and select high-quality flowers from local suppliers or garden centers
• Arrange flowers in a variety of styles and designs, including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and corsages
• Consult with customers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations based on their budget and occasion
• Create custom floral arrangements according to customer preferences
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other supplies to ensure availability for orders
• Handle transactions with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Follow proper care instructions for flowers to maintain freshness and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a florist or related role is preferred but not required
• Passion for flowers and creativity in arranging them
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
