Job summary

Workato is seeking a creative Florist Specialist to design and craft floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and corporate events in Al-Malikiyah.

You will manage inventory, prepare flowers, assemble bouquets and centerpieces, provide excellent customer service, handle transactions, and coordinate with event planners to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a florist or in a similar creative role.
• In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, greenery, colors and their seasonal availability.
• Strong artistic ability with an eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy floral arrangements.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays or additional hours during peak seasons.
• High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in floral design is a plus.
