Florist Specialist

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Florist Specialist to join our team in Isa Town. As a Florist Specialist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and creating various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths
• Selecting the appropriate flowers, plants, and other materials for each arrangement
• Maintaining the quality and freshness of all floral products
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
• Properly packaging and delivering arrangements to customers or event venues
• Keeping work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
• Ability to create unique designs based on customer preferences or event themes
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
• Must be male with a valid work visa or residency in Bahrain
