Responsibilities

• Creating and executing new dessert recipes that are both delicious and visually appealing
• Training and supervising pastry assistants
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies
• Ensuring all desserts are prepared with high-quality ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborating with the Head Chef to ensure menu cohesion
• Adhering to food safety standards
