Star World Group in Bahrain is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Salesman for the Supermarket Division to drive orders and expand market coverage across supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail outlets.

You will manage relationships with store managers and buyers, achieve sales targets, ensure product visibility, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries. A valid Bahrain driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in retail channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating with retailers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store managers and buyers.

Responsabilités

• Visit supermarkets, hypermarkets, groceries, and retail customers daily.
• Generate sales orders and ensure timely processing.
• Develop new customers and expand market coverage.
• Maintain relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Ensure product visibility, placement, and promotions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for deliveries.
• Follow up on payments and receivables.
• Prepare daily route plans and sales updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
