Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Female Baker to join our team in Muharraq Bahrain.

As a Female Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. You will also be expected to work collaboratively with our team and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately
• Ensure all products are made in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Collaborate with team members to create new recipes or improve existing ones
• Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker preferably in a professional bakery setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to read interpret and follow recipes accurately
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
• Must be able to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
