Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, part of Dubai Holding, invites a Team Leader (Obab Al Bahar) to join the Food & Beverage team at our Bahrain resort. Lead daily operations, guide the team, and uphold service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate will set timelines, delegate duties, and maintain professional, discreet interactions with guests and staff alike in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Experience with Micros Cashiering system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals.
• Create and enforce timelines to meet targets, and delegate tasks to team members.
• Demonstrate compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
• Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, advising on changes as needed.
