Job summary

Work in USA in Manama Bahrain is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. You will oversee all kitchen operations, develop menus, and create exceptional dining experiences that blend regional flavors with international influences.

Responsibilities include menu planning, training and scheduling staff, controlling costs, maintaining hygiene and safety, and collaborating with management on promotions. Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Middle Eastern flavors preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the kitchen including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
• Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory control, budgeting, and purchasing of food supplies.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety in accordance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop new concepts and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Create innovative menus that cater to different dietary requirements while incorporating seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor food costs, waste management, and portion control to maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team.
