SkyPoint is seeking an Executive Chef at Dar Kulaib Resort in Bahrain to lead culinary operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Oversee menu planning, staff training, and high standards for quality and presentation in a luxury resort setting.

You will manage budgeting, inventory, and procurement while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Biometric passport travel may be required; accommodation is provided with a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking styles, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Ability to plan menus that cater to different dietary needs and preferences.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Biometric passport for ease of travel.
